Steps to earn you the 1% Referral Fee:

• Invite your friend or relative who is interested in our properties to attend any Hap Seng’s events together with you.
• Should your friend or relative book a unit, make sure both of you request a referral form from our sales consultants.
• To complete the process, both of you need to complete the referral form at the earliest convenience.

Please read our terms and conditions before referring your contact and be sure to let them know they must include you as the referrer when making a purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

Like it or not, fine print has become part of life in our world. At Hap Seng Loyalty Club, we try and make our fine print as large as possible, to ensure you have no surprises.

1. Referral fees = 1% of nett selling price of the property purchased by friends or family members of a valid Hap Seng Loyalty Club member, regardless of the his/her membership tier.
2. Nett selling price = SPA selling price – Discounts (e.g. Business Associate discounts, etc.) – Rebates (e.g. 10% rebate, additional rebate, cash buyer rebate, cash back, etc.).
3. For all intents and purposes, freebies, free management fee, free furniture/fittings, free mobile phone, lucky draw prizes, free legal fee, free stamp duties, free disbursement fees, etc, are not considered as rebates in this particular case, hence will not affect the nett selling price.
4. Referral claim is only applicable if the transaction is closed by Hap Seng’s direct employees.
5. In order to claim for the referral, completed referral form must be submitted to Hap Seng to process the claim in a timely manner.
6. The referral fee shall be issued to successful referrer who is a valid Hap Seng Loyalty Club Member (excluding employees of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad Group of companies) in the form of cheque upon drawdown of the facility by the bank/financial institution in the case a loan facility is applied by the Purchaser. In the event there is any termination/cancellation of the SPA and/or Letter of Offer, no referral fees will be paid.
7. For cash buyer case, the referral fee will be issued to successful referrer who is a valid Member in the form of cheque, once first (1st) twenty percent (20%) payment is received by Hap Seng.
8. Whilst there is no cap being placed on the number of referral fee could be earned by each Hap Seng Loyalty Club member, only one (1) referrer per purchase can be nominated.
9. Hap Seng reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, delete, modify or vary any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Hap Seng reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the Terms and Conditions mentioned above. All decisions made by Hap Seng shall be final and conclusive in each case.
