Here at Hap Seng Loyalty Club we are all about rewarding our loyal customers who have joined us as members. As a token of appreciation, all Hap Seng Loyalty Club Members are entitled for sales rebate (up to 2% of the SPA price, depending on your Membership Tier) whenever you purchase a new property in Sabah with us.

For instance, as indicated in the table below, let’s say currently you are a platinum member and are interested in purchasing a unit in Kingfisher Inanam which has a price tag of RM500K. By flashing your loyalty club to one of our friendly sales consultants, you will be able to enjoy RM10K, which is equivalent to 2% rebate for your purchase. The sales rebate will be credited into your statement of account to offset part of the progress billing for purchase of property.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Hap Seng Loyalty Club Members are entitled to enjoy sales rebates for all new Hap Seng property purchases in Sabah, in accordance with their respective membership tiers and the respective selling price (as per SPA amount).
2. The rebate can only be utilized to offset part of the progress billing for purchase of property. Excess rebate (if any) shall be issued to valid Member in the form of cheque after vacant possession. In the event there is any termination/cancellation of the SPA and/or Letter of Offer, no sales rebate will be paid.
3. There is no cap being placed on the amount of sales rebate can be claimed by each Member until further notice.
4. For all purchases particularly in the case of joint purchase, only one (1) sales rebate can be claimed.
5. Hap Seng reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, delete, modify or vary any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. Hap Seng reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the Terms and Conditions. All decisions made by Hap Seng shall be final and conclusive in each case.
