Joining Hap Seng Loyalty Club and you could earn referral fees, as easy as pie. All you have to do is to invite your friend or relative who is interested in buying a property to attend one of our events (e.g. Lunch & Learn Session at Kingfisher Inanam Sales on every Thursday from 11.30am to 2.00pm) along with you. Next, our team of professional sales consultants will have your back and do the legwork for you, by introducing our products to him/her. In the event that your friend or relative has shown some genuine interests by making a booking, just make sure both of you request a referral form from the sales consultant and complete it at your earliest convenience. After that, Hap Seng will take care of the rest for you and Bob’s your uncle.

The referral fee will be issued to you after successful drawdown in the form of a cheque. For example, in accordance with Table 1 below, a Silver member can earn referral fees of RM1,000.00 should he/she referred his/her friend or relative to purchase a RM500K unit in Kingfisher Inanam.

Terms and Conditions:

Like it or not, fine print has become part of life in our world. At Hap Seng Loyalty Club, we try and make our fine print as large as possible, to ensure you have no surprises.

1. In order to claim for the referral fee, completed referral form must be submitted to Hap Seng to process the claim in a timely manner.

2. The referral fee shall be issued to successful referrer who is a valid Member pursuant to his/her respective membership tier (to be determined by Hap Seng in its sole discretion based on Total Relationship Value successfully accumulated/earned) in the form of cheque upon drawdown of the facility by the bank/financial institution in the case a loan facility is applied by the Purchaser. In the event there is any termination/cancellation of the SPA and/or Letter of Offer, no referral fees will be paid.

3. For cash buyer case, the referral fee will be issued to successful referrer who is a valid Member in the form of cheque, once first (1st) twenty percent (20%) payment is received by Hap Seng.

4. Whilst there is no cap being placed on the number of referral fee could be earned by each referrer, only one (1) referrer per purchase can be nominated.

5. Hap Seng reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, delete, modify or vary any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

6. Hap Seng reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the Terms and Conditions mentioned above. All decisions made by Hap Seng shall be final and conclusive in each case.
